This Privacy Policy explains how Closesy ("Closesy", "we", "us", "our"), operated by High Response Strategy (OPC) Private Limited, collects, uses, and protects information when you use closesy.com and the Closesy WhatsApp Campaign CRM platform (the "Service").

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), company name, and billing/subscription details.
Your customer data. To provide the Service, we process the contact details (name, phone number), WhatsApp conversation history, and any other information you or your team enter about the people you communicate with through the platform (your "Contacts"). This data belongs to you — we process it on your behalf to run the Service, not for our own purposes.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details on our own servers — Razorpay handles that in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy.
Usage and log data. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages/features used, to keep the Service secure and improve it.
Communications you send us. If you contact support, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Certain features (AI auto-replies, AI Sales Agent, AI Rescue, booking assistants, conversation summaries) send relevant conversation text to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response. Only the data needed to generate that specific reply is sent — this is used to power the feature you've enabled, not to train shared AI models on your data beyond what that provider's own policy permits.

We retain your account and Contact data for as long as your account is active, so the Service continues to work correctly. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@closesy.com. If you are a Contact of one of our customers (i.e. someone messaged through the platform) and want your data removed, please contact the business that messaged you directly, as they control that data — we act on their instructions.
We use essential cookies/local storage required for you to stay logged in and for basic preferences (like light/dark theme). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
